Overview Responsible for leading group activities; plans and assists in preparation of programs; provides individual attention and room visits to those unable to attend; leads small sensory, reality orientation and reminiscent groups; reports progress and changes to the Director; reads all documentation regarding changes in resident condition; assists in record keeping, staffing needs, ordering supplies and communication and maintains calendars. Job Details High School diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of college level recreation study in a related field required. Crafts and music skills preferred. 2 years experience in a long term care facility required Salary Range USD $20.60 - USD $20.60 /Hr. The rate for this position is $20.60 per hour. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
