Are you looking to make your next move in logistics warehouse management? Do you have experience with high-volume, e-commerce distribution? If so, we have an awesome full-time, permanent role for you. Ideal candidates will have five or more years of warehouse management experience, be accustomed to working to meet production goals, and have availability to work any day of the week. Candidates who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish are preferred. Oversee the processing of outbound general orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers is a must. Maintain high standards of order accuracy and on-time delivery, inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary. You will also meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention while overseeing and managing logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, and communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages. Establishing and maintaining clear communication channels with our team in China, facilitating efficient information exchange regarding inventory, orders, and operational updates are essential. Full benefits package with medical, dental, vision and 401K with 4% match are offered.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the processing of inbound containers

• Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Oversees the process of outbound general orders

• Ensuring accurate picking, packing and shipping

• Maintains high standards of order accuracy and on-time delivery

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with our team in China, facilitating efficient information exchange regarding inventory, orders, and operational updates.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
