Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in a product support environment in addition to. 3 years program management related experience.

Position Purpose:

Plan, organize and manage company and vendor resources to execute the requirements of customized and comprehensive integrated logistics global product support programs offered through the Contract Maintenance & Logistic Support organization.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and manage program budgets to achieve program forecasted targets and/or desired program revenue.

  • Interface directly with customer and/or customer representatives in providing single-point-of contact services in administration of all contract obligations.

  • Participate in program / contract negotiations, critical design reviews and program management reviews.

  • Develop progress reports, proposal deliverables, fact-finding reports and program required. documentation. .

  • Develop program scope, pricing strategies and program master & integrated schedules. Track program schedule and performance targets. .

  • Provide oversight of contractual compliance for each program (parts tracking, status reports, financial reports, forecasting reports, etc.) .

  • Monitor funding levels and proper allocation for each program. Manage integration of product support, quality, technical operations, pricing, material support, Government Contracts, finance, publications and CMP services.

  • Manage oversight of technical support for programs to include services provided by subcontractors.

Additional Functions:

  • Prepare proposal responses, review and approve final submittals. .

  • Support Completion & Service Center activities to meet business objectives & customer satisfaction goals. .

  • Act as liaison and work closely with Gulfstream Product Support departments to facilitate their involvement and support in meeting contract requirements. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  • Requires knowledge of service and support operations. Requires a detailed understanding of program/project management processes & procedures and an intimate understanding of in service aircraft operations.

  • Experience dealing with unique support requirements associated with international operators including governments and militaries.

  • Familiarity with aviation related support activities.
