Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Bookkeeper in the Events/Exhibitions industry. This position is available in Savannah, Georgia, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconciliation of bank and account statements

• Management of bookkeeping tasks and maintaining precise records

• Efficient data entry and usage of Microsoft Excel for various tasks

• Assisting in month-end close procedures

• Handling payroll operations effectively

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for various financial operations

• Regular monitoring and necessary actions on customer accounts. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role within the Events/Exhibitions industry

• Proficient in account reconciliation processes

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience with month end close procedures

• Experience in managing payroll is necessary

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is a must
