Summary

Access Control personnel are responsible for performing access control screening

functions of employees & visitors for INSCOM related buildings and property.

Responsibilities

• Control access to buildings and property, protect equipment and material, and

perform interior and exterior facility security inspections as directed.

• Interact and escort as required with public and government personnel.

• Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the general

public

• Respond and assist medical, fire department, law enforcement, and other

personnel at the direction of supervisors.

• Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Access control experience preferred.

• Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to

complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Prior military, civilian, or security guard experience preferred.

• Completion of all training and have obtained all required permits, licenses,

certifications and security clearances for the site.

• Valid state driver’s license.

• No record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during

the previous five years
