Responsibility:
Define and confirm operational planning
Fullill Project SLA's and KPI's
Monitoring delegated activities
Ensuring proper quality and Scope Of Work fulfillment
Contacting internal and external customers
Analyzing DMS tools and processes looking for an optimization and efficiency improvements
Performing User Acceptance Tests
Supporting Project Onboarding
Controlling cost and quality of projects
Cooperating with business stakeholders
Leading the team
Coordinating training processes
Monitoring working time
Supporting team members in daily duties
Motivating and inspiring team members
Leading regular team meetings
Leading evaluation conversations and setting up individual goals
Requirements:
English and French language
3 years of Project Management experience
3 years of Team Management experience
Success stories in change management
Stakeholder management skills
Fluent in MS Office, Google Tools
Experienced in OCR Tools, Automated solutions
Results oriented
Flexible, adaptable, assertive, innovative, team player
