CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS Firefighter/Paramedic (FT) in SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah
Saratoga Springs Fire & Rescue is currently looking to fill both entry level and lateral Firefighter/Paramedic positions. Personnel work a 48/96 shift schedule. A typical firefighter working an estimated 2920 scheduled hours including the city's FLSA offset for scheduled overtime in those hours and 132 hours of paid holidays annually. Successful applicants must currently be Emergency Medical Technician -- Paramedic (NREMT-P) certified. Must have certifications in order to qualify. Please attach certifications.
This position is responsible to respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, urban rescue, wildland interface, and other calls to protect life and property; to participate in fire prevention and training; and to maintain the fire station and firefighting equipment to be used in rendering aid in all calls for service.
