- Tuesday-Friday| 40 hours per week + overtime| $17.50 per hr |

Position Overview: The Shipping, Receiving and Production Assistant plays a crucial role in our operations. Due to limited storage space, our loading dock is busy with frequent incoming and outgoing shipments. This role will support our shipping department and our production team. The ideal candidate will have warehousing experience, forklift certification, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency while maintaining organization.
Qualifications: * Experience in a brewery/winery/distillery or food and beverage production environment preferred. * Experience with Shipping and Receiving preferred. * Tech-savvy, able to use Google Suites and in-house apps. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Adaptable to production changes. * Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Desire to improve work processes.

Work Schedule and Benefits: * Work at our Saratoga Springs facility Tuesday-Friday, with occasional nights and weekends. * Competitive salary starting at $17.50 an hour and benefits package, including medical, dental, paid time off, and retirement plan.
