Chris Craft Sales Administrator in Sarasota, Florida

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. This person will work in our executive offices and serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our boats, scheduling and planning orders and deliveries and providing support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone.

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.

  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.

  • Develop monthly sales reports.

  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

  • Manage the production schedule.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline preferred, or combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Inside Salesperson, high level administrative role or similar role.

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

  • Ability to compare and contrast data in excel and fully understand the data.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail a must.

  • A team player with high level of dedication.

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.

  • Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language clearly and effectively.

  • Knowledge of boats, boating industry preferred.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must interface well with other employee's and departments throughout Chris Craft as well as outside vendors, dealers and retail customers.
