This client is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental product/technologies. They have over 10 different locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and maintain automated production line equipment (including robots)

• Ensure smooth and efficient production processes

• Start up, run and shut down automated production line as required

• Perform regular inspections and preventive checks on machinery to prevent downtime

• Able to monitor machine to maintain precision tolerances

• Troubleshoot technical issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failure.

• Document production activities

• Lift up to 25 pounds

• Perform review of Bill of material and material handling activities as needed

Experience Requirement:

• Machine Operation experience in a production environment

• Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential

• Basic computer skills for data entry and simple manipulation

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
