Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated nurse (LPN OR RN) to join our team at our clinic. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to following guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our donors. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a bubbly personality, strong conflict resolution skills, and a knack for technology.

Schedule: 5x8s / (closed Mondays) or 4x10s

Compensation:

• RN- $33/hr

• LPN - $30, up to 32/hr for stellar candidate

• EMTs- $29/hr

Responsibilities:

Conduct donor screenings and assessments

Perform venipunctures and administer medications as needed

Monitor donor reactions and provide appropriate interventions

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
