Jimmy John's Fin & Tonic Dishwasher/Porter PM Shifts in Sarasota, Florida

Dishwashers/Porters report directly to the Executive Chef and coordinate with the FOH Management and Service Team throughout service to ensure all guests receive a 5 Star experience while maintaining all F&T standards.

Evening Shifters:

Maintain clean work environment in kitchen dish area. Clean entire dish area of all food debris and water. (Close to Open)

Scrub all pots, pans, and utensils throughout the shift to maintain production.

Change and clean (3) compartment sinks when needed throughout the production shift. (minimum every 2 hours)

Change and clean the dish machine once every 2 hours or if needed more often.

Clean hood vent inserts every night.

Sweep, scrub, and mop walk-in coolers every night.

Clean all dish racks and rack carts and restack at the end of the shift.

Complete final mop of all floors throughout entire kitchen.

Clean all floor mats every night and replace into proper areas.

Clean and sanitize all stainless steel and spray with stainless steel spray at the end of the night.

Turnoff dish machine, replace all strainers, and leave door open to vent machine overnight.

Remove garbage from kitchen and transfer to outside garbage area, replace garbage cans and garbage can liners when needed.

Must be able to lift 50#'s.

Must show up on time and in uniform.
