Adecco is assisting an awesome client to fill an Administrative Assistant Position opportunity. This position is Monday to Friday, the start pay is $18 per hour.

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support and administrative duties to clients and office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new clients

  • Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the department

  • Assisting the travel department in coordinating technician's travel (booking flights and rental car arrangements)

  • Set up new cell phones as needed by technicians.

  • Track cell phone in Quick books

  • Create & File Service Request Forms/Service Estimates

  • Maintain electronic filing system

  • Tracking international cargo for new client orders. Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Flexible, positive, can-do attitude while maintaining calm and professional composure during high-stress situations.

  • Efficient

  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Multitasker

  • Extremely Organized. What is in this for you?

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
