Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers.

This role is responsible for managing the project roadmap for our Co-Branded Credit Card and Buy Now Pay Later products, and to drive and ensure we are delivering the right features that will continue to increase our customer experience. This role is required to serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations and managing Payments' partners and internal clients. It is critical that the successful candidate is able to successfully communicate internally across teams and externally with partners, both written and verbally.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied payment offerings as well as the behavior of Amazon's internal systems. The candidate needs to be be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their clients with data.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
