Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Payments Acceptance and Experience in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The product manager will directly be sponsor for developing and evolving our payments experience by working backward to the customers, analyzing the main KPI´s and proposing new solutions to improve our customer journey.

Key job responsibilities

  • Implement new payment methods and continuously enhancing the paying customer experience for card and non-card payments method in Brazil;

  • Engaged with card schemes to discuss products focused on increasing card not present security;

  • Manage the payments P&L;

  • Follow the KPIs to work on opportunities that make transactions on Amazon more friendly and safety.

Basic Qualifications

  • Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience;

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;

  • Experience with end to end product delivery;

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;

  • Experience as a product manager or owner;

  • Experience owning technology products;

  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights;

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).
