Netflix Specialist, Workplace Experience (Brazil & Argentina) in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The Role
The main responsibility of the Workplace team is ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations and experience to provide best-in-class environments to drive the business forward. The role will be based in Sao Paulo and report to the Workplace Manager for Brazil & Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Promote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements. Ensure the same level of service from team members and Workplace vendors.
Lead communications strategy and execution for both Brazil and Argentina, including general announcements, group moderation, internal documentation, and Workplace change management.
Serve as a lead on local office initiatives, including onboarding, events and programs (F&B, transportation, accessibility, sustainability), office opening experiences and inputs on designs & renovations projects.
Plan, curate & manage all F&B related services (meals, pantry, events), lobby/ reception, transportation, accessibility and sustainability services and set up new vendors, lead RFPs and constantly strive to look to improve on our experience services.
Lead, build and oversee the internal events program and various events for the Brazil and Argentina offices (including Town Halls, Lunch & Learns, Fireside Chats, Q&A’s with Execs).
Lead and oversee visitor, candidate, and employee experience and execution, including hiring and coaching receptionist(s).
Monitoring ticketing systems and experience requests, making sure they are fulfilled in a timely manner and at a high quality level. Generate reports to propose changes based on the findings and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and immediate team members to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes to identify areas of improvement where possible.
Acts as an escalation path for office related issues, concerns, feedback, suggestions and triages accordingly.
Qualifications
Fluent in English. Spanish is considered a plus.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role supporting workplace services; 7-10 years of equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience supervising F&B related services and event planning.
Self motivated, with demonstrable problem solving skills and the ability to be resourceful and proactive.
Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Friendly and professional disposition, with the ability to maintain successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Strong change management skills, including strategic thinking, communication (both written and verbal) and ability to make decisions based on data and in a structured way.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of and excited to be a part of the Netflix Culture (https://jobs.netflix.com/culture) .
Experience with Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc.) is preferred.
Availability to work out of the office in Sao Paulo (in-person) most of the time.
Some level of availability to work on alternative hours to oversee events happening in the office and office openings setups.
