The Catalog and Listing team at Amazon Brazil is looking for highly motivated, talented and data driven Program Manager to support our Selling Partners and employees to navigate our catalog creation systems (listing systems).
Adding or editing product offers in AmazonĀ“s website is an important step of Amazon flywheel. Everyday Selling Partners are adding new products to AmazonĀ“s catalog and they use our listing systems and interfaces to submit their product information. In the 'Catalog creation success program', Selling Partners are our main customers and we target mechanisms for Selling Partner to upload catalog in a fast and seamless manner.
The core responsibilities for this position is to manage the 'catalog creation success program' which includes:
1) monitor listing success metrics (improvements, period over period improvements, bottlenecks, new events);
2) support most common issues avoiding listings to be blocked;
3) map and deliver short term actions that supports a seamless listing experience for Selling Partners;
4) define and perform training to support listing and listing tools adoption;
5) report results and evolution to leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Management of Listing attributes and requirements by product category
1P Listing metrics reporting, spike monitoring and definition of action plans to keep on track
1P Listing issues dive deep (root cause analysis and action to resolve)
1P Listing Products and feature tools adoption
Vendor and internal users education
Listing projects
Basic Qualifications
Experience in program or project management
Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
Advanced Excel
Verbal and written communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
Advanced English proficiency (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
