What you will do

The IT manager responsibilities include executing the IT strategy, roadmap,building and ensuring a proper architecture, product management and business partnering for Kenvue´s Customer Development and Sales Operations in LATAM.

This position, in close collaboration with the business, other IT teams (Business Technology Leaders - BTLs, Technology Services - TS) and external partners, ensures that our Retail excellence teams have all IT capabilities needed to maximize opportunities and execute flawlessly in the field, according to Roadmap, BP and Agile portfolio prioritization. It is a key role in a future-ready commercial organization, which innovates, boosts operations efficiencies, increases profitability, rapidly responds to customer needs and adapts to new marketplace challenges.

The role requires experience with IT projects and products within the Consumer Goods Sales/Trade Marketing/Sales Ops/Sales Finance processes, facilitator skills on Agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Lean UX, Design Thinking, rVR), multi-functional teams coordination, close connection to leadership members, conflict management skills and ability to deeply understand and connect business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Customer & Sales IT Strategy and assist on defining Roadmap for Kenvue Latin America

  • Work with Customer Development & Sales Operations to ensure business alignment, value proposition and tangible business outcomes on prioritized products and initiatives

  • Collect business requirements and map out business processes and improvements opportunities

  • Lead product development and delivery according to business strategy, roadmap and its priorities, making use of best in class technologies

  • Manage Product life cycle, business adoption, value realization and support in order to guarantee perfect execution.

  • Help craft improved business process and implementation methodologies with an Agile mindset

  • Develop and manage talents in the Product line

  • Work in partnership with BTLs in LATAM hubs to support them in implementing local business needs focusing on the right priorities when building and deploying capabilities

  • Support IT Sr. Manager and PPO on budget control(Capex and Opex), project status, initiatives, new opportunities and functional capabilities

  • Assist regular compliance audits to ensure controls are consistent with SOX requirements

  • Ensure compliance with Kenvue policy and IT methodology as well as global IT standards

  • Bring up and assign IT and business processes issues

  • Collect business requirements and map out business processes and improvements opportunities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required.

  • Solid experience (8 years) in Information Technology working for large companies, implementing IT projects, mostly for Sales & Marketing areas covering business processes as: Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation & Effectiveness, Sales & Operations Planning, e-Commerce, Sales Order Management, Pricing Management

  • Strong consumer goods commercial business processes knowledge

  • Expertise driving technology strategy for a line of business and adoption of IT solutions/products

  • Ability to synthesize leadership and business partner inputs into decisions, represent customers/users translating business process needs into IT solutions

  • Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills

  • Ability and expertise in leading people and teams of managers/professional employees, on multi-functional, cross-countries projects

  • ITIL, Agile and PMP knowledge.

  • English and Portuguese is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Trade Promotion Management

  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) and analytics applied to Sales areas.

  • Salesforce Admin Certification
