Responsabilidades Principais:

• Mapeamento e integração de processos, procedimentos e práticas organizacionais.

• Identificação de atividades críticas relacionadas à qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança ocupacional e da informação.

• Revisão e implementação de políticas unificadas e aperfeiçoamento dos métodos internos para atingir objetivos da empresa.

• Gestão de Projetos de Melhoria Contínua utilizando metodologias Ágil e Híbrida.

• Coordenação de ações ESG, com foco em sustentabilidade e impacto ambiental.

• Controle de ocorrências internas e com clientes, análise de causas raiz e planos de ação no sistema Qualiex.

• Coordenação para manutenção das certificações ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 e Licença Sanitária.

• Elaboração de relatórios de desempenho do SGI e execução de treinamentos de conscientização com foco em sustentabilidade.

• Suporte na coordenação de programas internos de sustentabilidade e controle de inventário de GEE.

Qualificações:

• Ensino superior em Gestão da Qualidade, Sustentabilidade, Engenharia Ambiental, ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência em Gestão da Qualidade e Sistemas Integrados (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

• Inglês avançado e conhecimento avançado do pacote Office.

• Desejável conhecimento em Six Sigma, metodologias ágeis e ferramentas como Canva e Qualiex.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and managing processes related to ISO certifications and ESG actions, ensuring operational excellence in our services. Key Responsibilities:

• Mapping and integrating processes, procedures, and organizational practices.

• Identifying critical activities related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security.

• Reviewing and implementing unified policies and enhancing internal methods to achieve company goals.

• Managing Continuous Improvement Projects using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

• Coordinating ESG actions, focusing on sustainability and environmental impact.

• Managing internal and client-related incidents, analyzing root causes, and action plans using the Qualiex system.

• Coordinating the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications and Health License.

• Preparing performance reports for IMS and conducting sustainability awareness training.

• Supporting the coordination of internal sustainability programs and controlling GHG inventories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in Quality Management and Integrated Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

• Advanced English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Desirable knowledge in Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and tools like Canva and Qualiex.
