We are offering a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d) function within our Nacora, Insurance Broker Team at our site located in Porto.

Your Role

As a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management, administration, and maintenance of insurance policies, customer service and negotiating the conditions with insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Handling of insurance policies: registrations, cancellations, modifications, billing, endorsements, etc;

• Negotiating with insurance companies new policies, renewals, endorsements, etc;

• Customer service, customer advice;

• Monthly statements to insurance companies;

• Sales team support and internal customers support.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Secondary degree (mandatory) or university degree (preferred);

• Around 2 years of experience in Insurance/Brokers;

• Insurance knowledge;

• Microsoft Office knowledge: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

• Good level of English knowledge (written & spoken).
