A importância do seu papel em nossa equipe:

A importância da Supervisão de Serviços está em atender toda a operação de manutenção de elevadores e escadas rolantes, monitorar a eficiência dos equipamentos, gerar soluções para atendimentos com prioridade e de equipamentos parados, realizar a gestão da equipe técnica e acompanhar os indicadores de performance de sua área de cobertura.

Habilidades que você colocará em prática:

• Garantir a correta e precisa prestação de serviços ao cliente, atendendo suas necessidades em manutenção de elevadores e escadas rolantes;

• Conhecer o funcionamento técnico de elevadores e escadas rolantes;

• Realizar o planejamento e acompanhamento mensal das manutenções; preventivas, analisando as causas das falhas e aplicando as ações corretivas;

• Acompanhar a evolução dos chamados, definindo planos para a redução da taxa;

• Executar vistorias anuais, bem como vistorias de recuperação e Handover;

• Realizar auditorias de inspeção de segurança;

• Elaborar reportes e relatórios de controles, resultados e performance de sua área.

• Realizar a gestão da equipe de Técnicos de sua área, garantindo a performance da equipe e desenvolvendo talentos.

Quem procuramos?

• Profissional com gestão de manutenções preventivas e corretivas de equipamentos complexos

• Procedimentos Globais de Seguranças, além de NR10, NR35 e outras

• Gestão de equipes próprias e terceirizadas

Formação:

• Superior Completo – Desejável Engenharia Mecânica, Civil, Elétrica ou área relacionada.
