Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Mascot Shop)
Schedule: 2 seats for Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 7:00 pm / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm DLS
1 seat for 11:00am -8:00pmWork from Home after 3 months based on performance
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing client assistance via email and phone by addressing concerns and supplying necessary information. Manage order inquiries and communicate updates with representatives on school store information. Effectively process 404 inquiries and add new products and variants to Shopify, including SKU, price, and cost information. Create and manage discount codes, as well as make updates to the school store default page and FAQ.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Assist with school admin process.
Answer emails using the internal platform
Guide representative through the school store program
Reasignes retired rep's schools to new reps
Work with inquiries and orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or college student
Strong work ethic, excellent typing skills, professional phone etiquette, strong effective interpersonal communication, listening skills, and attention to detail both written and verbal
Intermediate High English Level
Dominican ID
Live in Santiago
Able to work on-site for training
