What will you do?

Ensures adherence to agreed processes and procedures in the area of production planning, and leads a group of qualified production planners, in a local plant.

• Oversees and manages all day-to-day Production Order operations and application of respective systems.

• Ensures coherence with internal guidelines and procedures, and with all relevant external regulations (e.g. EHS).

• Contributes to budget planning processes for the respective unit, and allocates budget and personnel resources.

• Prioritizes and assigns production order tasks to the team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.

• Manages Production Order related transactions with involved internal and external parties.

• Responds to complex, operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.

• Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.

• Liaises with functionally involved Management and Professionals on an operational basis.

• Leads a dedicated team of Production Order Operations staff.

What will you need to succeed?

• +5 years in similar rolls.

• Industrial engineering or similar.

• Lean manufacturing knowledge

• Project Management.

• SAP Knowledge.

• Upper intermediate English level.
