Your day at NTT DATA

Apoyar en la creación de especificaciones para informes y análisis basados en las necesidades empresariales y los elementos de datos necesarios o disponibles. Participar en la definición, el desarrollo, la mejora y el seguimiento de las métricas para ofrecer resultados y proporcionar información y recomendaciones.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Reuniones periódicas y on-demand con clientes.

• Análisis, estudio y recomendaciones basadas en datos estructurados y no estructurados. Garantizar que los análisis sean válidos y significativos, y que proporcionen información práctica y exhaustiva.

• Revisión de contratos, inventarios, matrices de notificación y sistemas, a diario.

• Trabajo en conjunto con equipo de Plataformas, Deploy y Software de Brasil, ante solicitudes de clientes.

• Adaptación y entendimiento de los nuevos servicios ofrecidos por Chile.

• Extraer y analizar datos, estadísticas e información de diversas fuentes e interpretar y elaborar informes, resúmenes y notas informativas pertinentes que se utilizarán para fundamentar las decisiones empresariales.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

• Estudios de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Informática, Datos o afines.

• 1+ años de experiencia en roles similares.

• Experiencia en atención al cliente.

• Dominio de Excel y Power BI a nivel intermedio-avanzado.

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

• Portugués básico

• Conocimiento intermedio en Networking y Seguridad

• Manejo de herramientas de ticketería, sistemas y extracción de datos
