Controllers: Haas Fanuc Heidenhain

Must Haves: - Rigidity and sickout with programs - Ability to identify Tool stick outs and clearances - Read and understand program in order to monitor equipment to detect and report malfunctions and prevent accidents. - Trouble shooting (Machine errors out, tool breaks or isn't working correctly) Needs to be able to look at program or the tool and be able to tell what is wrong. - Fully efficient in set-ups - Knowledge of 3, 4 and 5 axis machines - Ability to edit programs - Knowledge of G D & T

• The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, able to work closely with all personnel and exhibits good time management skills. Possess the ability to be accurate and systematic in approach, even when rushed.
