The Research and Program Coordinator in the Violence Prevention Partnership (The Partnership) will join a team working to create safe and healthy communities where all youth are empowered to reach their full potential and all community members thrive. This position coordinates the CHOICE Grant Program, oversees evaluation services for The Partnership, plans and implements The Partnerships annual Violence Prevention Seminar, and actively seeks outside funding opportunities for The Partnerships programs and services.
*The ideal candidate for the Violence Prevention Partnership will have experience with grant program oversight, including contract development and management; experience with grant research and development of grant proposals; experience with program planning and implementation, including strategic planning, program budget development and budget monitoring; experience with program evaluation, including knowledge of evaluation methodologies, as well as data collection and analysis; experience working with community partners across various sectors; and knowledge of programs and services for Santa Rosa youth and families. *

Additionally, the successful candidate will be computer literate, have excellent problem-solving skills, strong research and analysis background, education and outreach experience, and will work continuously to improve relationships, contacts, and networks. Prior experience improving efficiencies with processes and programs, researching and writing grants and securing funding is highly desirable.
