Aerotek Quality Assurance Technician in Santa Rosa, California

Quality Assurance Technician - Medical Manufacturing

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $23-$30/hr

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hands-On Inspections: Conduct visual inspections and use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauge pins to measure parts.

  • Blueprint Reviews: Read and interpret blueprints for new or revised products.

  • Data Analysis: Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, setting up formulas, data manipulation, and calculating means and averages.

  • Dimensional Layouts: Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMM.

  • Support Activities: Collect and analyze product data, support corrective actions, and provide back-up for Receiving and Final Inspection.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance doing measurements.

  • Experience with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, and gauge pins.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with reading blueprints.

  • Ability to carry at least 35 lbs.
