LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY - PSYCHIATRIC RN Lead our Adult Acute Psychiatric facility's Assessment & Referral department with potential for permanent placement!
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$2,801/week ($1,701 in weekly allowances)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
6-month contract with temp-to-perm potential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily intake and admission processes
Lead A&R team (RNs and Mental Health Technicians)
Handle crisis intervention and complex cases
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics
Develop staff and maintain schedules
Rotating on-call phone support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active California RN license
5+ years psychiatric nursing experience
Strong A&R background
Current BLS certification
Crisis management expertise
Leadership experience preferred
