Exciting Opportunity: Manager Trainee

A rapidly growing company in the Bay Area is seeking a dynamic Manager Trainee. This role is perfect for an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role Overview: As a Store Manager In Training, you will empower our branch team to be customer-focused, operationally efficient, and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate workers.

  • Assist in managing the store and exceeding sales and margin goals

  • Develop strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more continuously
