Description We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, including complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in the detail oriented services industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters.

• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare persuasive legal briefs.

• Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including written discovery requests, depositions, and witness preparation.

• Participate in mediations, trial preparation, and second-chair trial experience.

• Develop and present case strategies, working collaboratively with senior attorneys and internal teams.

• Stay up-to-date on relevant case law and legal developments.

• Utilize case management software, legal software, and LexisNexis to enhance work efficiency.

• Handle complaint administration and documentation tasks.

• Apply knowledge of employment law and commercial law in case management.

• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Requirements • Possesses a minimum of three years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer with a California Bar Admission • Proficient in using legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Management System • Demonstrates excellent skills in briefing, civil litigation, claim administration, and complaint handling • Has a strong background in documentation • Skilled in handling cases related to employment law and commercial law • Holds a valid practicing license • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Committed to continuous detail oriented development • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines • Shows a strong ethical standard and integrity • Familiar with current laws and regulations within the detail oriented Services industry
