With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire ecosystem.

We're looking for a Senior Producer to join a tech/entertainment company and sit in NY! As a part of Creative Marketing's Production team, you'll play a key role in managing and producing workstreams to create a wide variety of content spanning the breadth of Snap's products and services. Working from NYC, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex brand needs and ensure work is produced efficiently and executed to the highest creative standards.

What you'll do:

 Oversee video production workstreams, managing best-in-class external partners, budget, bidding and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of final materials.

 Lead communications, bidding and budget management with external vendors (including live action production, editorial, VFX, finishing, color grade, sound design / audio mix partners).

 Advise internal strategy, brand managers and creative teams during concept stage on production costs and execution options in order to deliver the highest quality work for the most efficient timeline and budget.

 Establish, manage, and clearly communicate overall timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs related to production.

 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outside creative partners, including production companies, directors, editors, illustrators, VFX houses, audio houses, casting/talent agents, and reps.

 Monitor all internal and external costs for projects, vendor relationships, artists, the internal Snap creative team, and stakeholders.

 Manage production schedule, talent relationships, locations, logistics, insurance, legal and all that comes with day-to-day commercial-style production.

 Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Experience producing traditional commercial/advertising/marketing and digital content

 A quick learner and someone who can proactively identify problems and flag upstream

 Detail-oriented person who works well under pressure and is great at multitasking

 Strong level of comfort and experience with legal agreements and contracts

 Experience in all elements of content production (live action, post production, talent, legal, final delivery)

PR: $60-75/hr

Skills and Requirements

7-10+ years experience as an ad agency film or broadcast producer

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field null
