Cornerstone onDemand Partner Marketing Manager - Remote (United States) in Santa Monica, California

Your role is a critical component of CSOD Content team . Over 50 partners make up our ecosystem and you will be developing and executing on strategy that will d rive significant revenue for us and our partners.  You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop specific partner marketing plans that will have a material impact on pipeline , revenue and overall customer satisfaction . Success in this role means that you've developed a strong understanding of our content ecosystem and can translate that value to internal stakeholders. It also means that you have enabled our partners so they are responsive to our needs and well-equipped to engage with us and our buyers. Curiosity, a creative mindset, relationship management and the ability to execu te are key.

In this role you will...

  • Launch n ew Partners:

  • W ork with product marketing , curation and others to craft message and value proposition to help launch new partners to internal and external channels.

  • Support new partners:

  • S upport partner s understanding and completing what is needed by our field to make them successful  

  • Be a marketing liaison to partners to build and enhance their marketing programs and initiatives

  • Drive partner , marketing and sales enablement:

  • Build/ maintain tools to help deliver a standardized and frictionless process for partner enablement

  • Build/ maintain marketing toolkits /assets for marketing campaigns and sales enablement (sales/marketing understands core value proposition and can leverage unique differentiation for campaign planning/execution).

  • Define partner marketing KPIs and implement reporting to track success.

  • Own partner communications:

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy for partner community to improve awareness of the Cornerstone brand and key content business initiatives. 

  • Create partner relevant content and identify communication channels to support value proposition to relevant teams ( could be presentations, newsletters, in-person and virtual events, social media, other tools)

  • Act as the main interface between Partner Success Managers and extended Marketing team to set goals, drive achievement and track success .

    You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • 5 + years of marketing experience (client-facing, product marketing or program management experience a plus), ideally within ed-tech

  • Excellent relationship building skills, organization and follow through

  • Excellent written , verbal communication skills

  • A customer-focused mindset, innovative ideas, and a deep appreciation for CSOD’ s mission 

  • Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies , with a passion for results

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • A track record of being highly collaborative, with excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment across diverse stakeholders
