The Santa Monica Staff On-Call Chaplain is to provide spiritual care services as scheduled to patients, families and staff of UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, including religious and ethical consultation for patients, families and staff, grief support for patients and bereavement support for families and staff; to do appropriate documentation; to participate in ethical decision making processes; and to offer leadership for memorial and special services for patients and staff. You will serve in on-call rotation as scheduled and provide spiritual care to patients, families and staff when called in nights, weekends or holidays for urgent spiritual care needs.

Salary Range: $26.48-$53.40 per hourQualifications

• Minimum: One (1) unit of CPE completed at UCLA Health System

• Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred (or equivalency, as determined by the Director of Spiritual Care)

• Chaplain/Spiritual Care experience in hospital context.

• On-call chaplain must be able to function independently during scheduled shift.
