Explore an exciting full-time opportunity as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA specializing in General Surgery in coastal Santa Monica, CA. • Position is a mix of first assisting and clinic days with rounding as needed at Providence Saint John’s

• Minimum 2 years surgical experience as a Physician Assistant

• Minimum 2 years surgical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and RNFA required

• First assisting on Intra-abdominal surgeries preferred

• Monday through Friday schedule - 40 hour work week

• No nights, weekends, or call

• 2 to 3 days of First Assisting in the OR

• Provider should be team oriented and flexible; someone who thrives on ‘not every day is the same’

• Long term opportunity that offers growth potential

• Significant experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures

• Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system is highly desirable

• Compensation is between $166,774 and $228,784 per year

• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
