About the Role:
As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager, you will assist managing the team responsible for providing client support.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
Candidate must have experience in the FDA regulated industry
What You’ll Do:
Manages, directs, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for defined Pharma Services scope and ensures that all programs and procedures of the Pharma Services staff are being properly implemented.
Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, regulatory requirements, company policies, standards, and procedures.
Supports the development and administration of department budget. Reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements.
Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
Manage contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
Manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring services are provided in a cost-effective, safe, timely, and compliant manner in accordance with the approved budget and the contractual obligations specified by the customers.
Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum Laboratory Operations Manager - Laboratory Services position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Laboratory Operations Manager - Laboratory Services position is $155,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
