Product Manager II - Hulu Product (Contractor)Location: Santa Monica, California,

We provide choice and captivate viewers with stories of all flavors, and we're looking for a seasoned product manager ready to redefine TV through creative yet strategic thinking and consistent execution while embracing fun.

Hulu is the home of a beloved general entertainment streaming experience for over 15 years, and the Hulu product team is responsible for a reliable and engaging experience across dozens of device form factors, in and out of playback. Keeping the experience compelling, satisfying, and familiar, regardless of what device is in use, is the highest priority. You will work closely with counterparts in engineering, product management, and design, as well as with executive teams, to ensure the product roadmap fulfills business, technical, legal, and consumer priorities for target platforms. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, team-oriented, nimble, displays strong product sense, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

Hulu's Product team is responsible for building the Hulu app experience to engage, retain, and delight our 50M+ viewers. Skills and Requirements

  • 3 plus years' experience as a program or product manager or highly relevant direct experience

  • Demonstrated passion for analytics and a willingness to dive really deep into the data

  • Familiarity with a/b testing and experimentation concept

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distill information and translate between business partners and internal technology team

  • A track record of cross functional collaboration for large scale projects with multiple competing stakeholders

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills

  • BS degree in computer science or related exp.

  • This is an onsite position in Santa Monica.

  • Looking for someone with a Content Programming / Content Operations Background.

  • This position will be updating Hulu content daily using a variety of content management tools

  • Strong CMS experience

  • Media and Entertainment, working on streaming products, and/or consumer-facing websites that are experience high traffic and always changing content - Experience using JIRA, Airtable and other product and project management tools

  • Prior Disney/Hulu experience null
