Description

We are offering a contract for a temporary to permanent position as a Property Manager in Santa Maria, California. In this role, you will be managing properties and ensuring that they are in good condition and well-maintained. You will be working within the real estate industry, utilizing various management and property supervision software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring properties are in good condition by managing maintenance and repair work.

• Utilizing property management software to track and organize property information.

• Managing and resolving customer inquiries to provide excellent customer service.

• Processing customer applications using CRM and other financial services software.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and property records.

• Overseeing real estate leasing activities and ensuring they comply with industry standards.

• Regularly monitoring and reviewing customer accounts for accuracy.

• Taking appropriate action based on monitoring of customer accounts.

• Coordinating with the accounting department for financial matters related to properties.

• Managing work orders for property repair and maintenance.

• Showing units to tenants

• Screening tenants

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED

• Demonstrated expertise in CRM

• Proficiency with various management systems

• Proven experience in property management

• Proficiency with property management software

• Extensive knowledge of real estate property management - at least 5 years desired

• Familiarity with real estate leasing

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience in handling work orders
