Responsibilities

In keeping with the Marian Medical Center health care philosophy, the Manager functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Is accountable for unit operations, supervision, staff development, patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. Is responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with two (2) years of critical care work experience.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Current California Registered Nurse license.

  • Current approved health care provider CPR certification, BLS.

  • ACLS-- within 30 days

  • PALS-- within 30 days

  • Current CPAN.

Preferred Qualificaitons:

  • Minimum of three years of recent PACU clinical and leadership experience

  • BSN preferred.

Pay Range

$50.07 - $73.45 /hour
