You lead a portfolio team that follows globally harmonized processes to ensure the right decisions are made on portfolio spend while focusing on value delivered and alignment with our business strategy. Managing portfolios includes not only the processes, but also the tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate execution of portfolios that support our global and/or regional goals and strategies.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Ensure that investments align with business strategy and priorities

  • Implement portfolio programs and projects

  • Lead the direction for process and tools

  • Oversee the overall portfolio

  • Provide guidance and oversight for program and project managers delivering portfolio activities

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Extensive experience in portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organization

  • Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment

  • Ability to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communication

  • Experience in financial, organizational, risk and change management
