We have fulltime and parttime hourly positions in the healthcare/medical field. As a CNA, you will work directly with our clients to assist them with daily activities and ensure their physical and emotional well-being. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our senior clients. Responsibilities:   • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Assist with medication management and reminders • Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor • Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely • Support clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a comfortable and safe environment • Ensure clients' physical and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect • Follow all care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the nursing team • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures Requirements: • Valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience working with seniors, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting • CPR and First Aid certification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Must be able to pass a background check  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Albuquerque is an equal opportunity employer.
