ServiceNow is looking for an Outbound Product Manager for Platform Solutions. This is a highly visible role, interacting heavily with customers and executives at ServiceNow and owning key enablement responsibilities that impact the product success and customer adoption of our products.

The Sr. Outbound Product Manager will focus on the success of our customers adopting our agent collaboration and routing products and their GenAI components.

In this role, you have key responsibilities related to the delivery of Platform Experience Products, including working with internal BU partners and Inbound Product Managers, driving customer experience roadmaps, and aligning with customers' desired outcomes. These responsibilities allow for cross-functional workloads and daily interactions with Customers, Partners, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Deliver high-quality technical enablement content that facilitates product adoption at-scale.

  • Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing, and growth strategies

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop programs and GTM content across cross-functional teams including content creation for product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, blog posts, and more

  • Evangelize the value of the technology at executive briefings, marketing events, webinars, as well as other sales and marketing channels

  • Produce and deliver sales education materials

  • Develop an understanding of how our customers use our agent collaboration and routing products including top customer pain points and product opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Inbound Product to influence product roadmap, vision, and strategy by representing the voice of the customer.

  • Work directly with the pre-sales and sales teams to nurture, grow, and close in-flight opportunities

  • Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers

  • Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programs

  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience

  • Proven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership content

  • Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative product experience ideas

  • Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences

  • Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred

  • Consistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver business impact

  • Demonstrated customer obsession in engagements

  • Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and partners.

  • Strong networking and influencing skills; able to drive extended and virtual teams

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

  • Willing to travel up to 25%

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $123,300 - $209,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
