Senior Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for marketing campaign setup and maintenance, database marketing, analytics, and reporting for Building Robotics . You will partner closely with our marketing, demand generation, and campaign strategy teams to support campaign planning, reporting, and front-end visualization work for our regional and global campaigns across all stages of the campaign journey. You will also support our Sales organization as needed for lead reporting and lead management activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support campaign setup and reporting across our marketing automation system and SFDC
Align marketing data architecture and attribution with the sales operations organizations to enable consistent campaign, lead, and pipeline reporting
Support expanded enterprise marketing roadmap as the data strategy and analytics stakeholder
Ensure we have documented processes in place that facilitate accurate data collection
Measure and optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
Proactively identify and solution for key funnel systems and process gaps. • Lead management - Ensure lead flow between marketing automation system (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
Drive best practices across the global marketing organization around reporting
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Strong independent project management skills including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, deliverability, segmentation, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.); intermediate HTML a plus
Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency Strong data management abilities
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
Understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Excellent attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field
3 + years marketing automation experience in Pardot
Pardot Certified Expert preferred, but not required
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com
Experience with Salesforce, Bizible, Engagio, ON24, Drift or related applications preferred
