NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a hardware Technical Program Manager to be a vital member of the silicon productization team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • In this highly transparent role as a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager, your role will be crucial in ensuring we qualify NVIDIA’s sophisticated silicon and products on schedule.

  • You will closely work with various Business Unit leaders and partners to align on the meaningful Silicon and System Qualification achievements leading to the productization and manage all aspects of technical alignment across various teams to ensure quality.

  • You will also drive quality improvement initiatives, working closely with various business units from design to validation, systems to final shipping products.

  • You will work closely with the Silicon Solutions chip leads to own and drive teamwork across various teams to productize our chips on schedule.

  • Multi-functional team partnership includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams.

  • Drive schedule, achievement alignment, equipment needs, and materials logistics for silicon/Systems bring-up activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules!

  • Manage and track Silicon/Boards/Systems demand and supply for all the NVIDIA internal programs, working with the operations teams and ensuring engineering needs are met without delays.

  • Track all program management metrics involved and drive continuous improvement to processes.

What We Need to See:

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of proven ability in program management, specifically with hardware that spans geographic locations.

  • Prior experience with silicon bring-up, silicon/system validation, and productization.

  • Great exposure to all facets of system design, from concept to productization, including SW alignment.

  • Be diligent and able to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You must have an established background in delivering consumer-facing solutions, strong technical skills, a data-driven mentality, excellent project management skills, great interpersonal skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
