We are currently in search of a seasoned Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager to join our Strategy, Planning, and Delivery team—an individual with a robust focus on IT security, excelling in a dynamic environment and capable of leading security initiatives from conceptualization to successful execution. As a crucial member of our organization, you will assume the lead in managing security programs and projects, ensuring their timely delivery and fostering high levels of internal customer satisfaction. This role demands not only leadership but also strong technical expertise and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead complex security programs and projects aimed at identifying and mitigating organizational security risks.

  • Collaborate closely with security teams to implement and develop solutions and processes that meet customer needs. Clearly specify project constraints and maintain transparent communication channels throughout.

  • Actively participate in the development of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.

  • Contribute to the architectural and design aspects of the product development process, contributing to the overall success of our security initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal and vendor engineering teams in the security space, ensuring the incorporation of industry best practices.

  • Identify and provide solutions to minimize project exposure and risk, effectively addressing program roadblocks and driving a mitigation plan.

  • Generate data-driven status reports for a broader audience, consolidating data from various sources for governance meetings with leadership.

  • Create support materials, including process documentation, testing analysis methodology, and other artifacts for internal and external audits.

What We Need to See:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the cybersecurity domain.

  • Preferred, but not required, relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP)

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, FERPA, and PCI.

  • Strong technical experience in 3 or more of the following security functions: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Network Security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Data Classification, Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Engineering, Asset Management, and Vulnerability Management.

  • Proficiency in core project management and Agile principles, including hybrid and SCRUM methodologies and ability to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives.

  • A champion for process improvement, defining and deploying industry best practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while effectively driving teams to meet their goals.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
