Nvidia Senior Manager, Technical Program Management - Infrastructure in Santa Clara, California

As a senior manager in our global IT PMO team, you will be accountable for critical infrastructure programs supporting data centers, labs, and office spaces. As a leader of these initiatives, you will drive the operating model, scaling approach and playbooks with delivering programs at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a talented and diverse group of Technical Program Managers. This team will have scope that is globally distributed and responsible specifically for the execution of critical infrastructure deployment and or change programs.

  • You will be the focal point around which leads, expands and develops this team.

  • You will act as a force multiplier within the organization, facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives, and lead complex dependencies.

  • You should be comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced and often uncertain environment, and contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and a bias for action.

  • Ensure that teams and programs run through methods and practices that optimize delivery, minimize risk, and increase efficiency. Additionally, ensure continuous improvement by establishing quick feedback cycles that leverage data driven metrics to identify areas of improvement.

  • Facilitate and coordinate delivery of this portfolio from demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs to selection and prioritization, to execution and measuring the achieved results.

    What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical field or equivalent experience

  • 15+ Years of IT experience, 8+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment

  • At least 5+ years’ experience performing as an Agile team member such as Agile Team Facilitator / Scrum Master, or Engineering practice lead, or 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role in a lean or scrum environment with demonstrated experience standing up new teams

  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Trainer certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Consistent track record of continuous improvement to enable higher performing program/organizations and/or teams with improved business and customer outcomes

  • Consistent track record of delivering critical infrastructure builds, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.

  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.

The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
