This role is a critical partner to the Strategic Finance team in assisting with a full Services P&L and sales expenses, while providing strategic insights and analysis to help grow and develop the business. This role will have responsibility for forecasting and managing both the topline and margin while serving as a strategic financial advisor to the stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, sales finance, and reporting with business and strategic acumen. The key to this role is the financial knowledge and business acumen along with sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the full P&L

  • Lead monthly forecast calls with sales, delivery and regional leadership and participate in readouts to strategic finance team

  • Deliver clear communications to strategic finance leadership, including concise presentation of business results, financial drivers, and strategic priorities

  • Partner with the strategic finance org to conduct analysis and develop strategic insights that drive business decisions

  • Lead annual budget process and support QBRs and long-term strategic planning

  • Ensure all monthly and quarterly related reporting requirements and submissions to Business, Finance and Corp FP&A are met in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage finance analysts, who may be supporting different parts of the customer outcomes finance org

  • Be able to support and influence cross functional teams at different management levels

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

  • 10+ years of related finance experience, particularly FP&A or Sales Finance or services finance

  • Experience in Tech industry/ SaaS companies (profession services finance experience preferred)

  • Proven record of exceptional performance at all professional and educational career stages

  • The capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business' needs and translate them into actionable solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • High energy and a desire to work in a result-oriented, dynamic fast growth environment

  • Willingness and ability to work during periods with high workloads

  • Ability to influence through clear presentation and communication of complex data analysis. Ability to recognize and employ appropriate interaction styles and methods to achieve the desired outcome

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $155,600 - $272,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
