Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Santa Clara, California

Description

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in SANTA CLARA, California. This role involves overseeing HR functions by partnering with the PEO, ADP Total Source, ensuring compliance, and maintaining employee relations. The successful candidate will also play a significant role in administering benefits, coordinating employee training and development, and managing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and compliance

• Manage employee relations and resolve any arising issues

• Administer ADP Total Source to process payroll and HR

• Handle compensation administration and benefits coordination

• Monitor and manage HR compliance and HR policies

• Coordinate new employee orientation and other training & development initiatives

• Oversee the termination process and ensure it is carried out in accordance with company policies

• Administer workers' compensation and disability insurance

• Conduct surveys to gather employee feedback and improve HR practices

• Manage HR administration including record keeping, document management, and HR reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in processing Payroll

• knowledge in Benefit Functions and Benefits Coordination

• Familiarity with Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of Compliance and HR Compliance

• Proven experience in Employee Relations

• Demonstrable skills in HR Policy formulation and implementation

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Knowledge of Insurance (Disability) and Workers Compensation

• Ability to conduct New Employee Orientation

• Proficient in developing and implementing Policies & Procedures

• Experience in conducting Surveys

• Ability to handle Terminations effectively and professionally

• Experience in Training & Development of employees

Experience with OSHA, safety and reporting
