Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is recruiting for a HR Leader, Robotics & Digital Solutions. This position will be located in Santa Clara, CA. This role is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, working at least 3 days per week onsite and up to 2 days remote.

As a Business Unit HR Leader, you will provide strategic HR partnership to our Robotics Supply Chain organization, contribute to shaping business strategy, and drive aligned business outcomes.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and coaching to employees and managers across the Robotics Supply Chain organization to drive achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, talent management, performance management, change management, and workforce planning

  • Consult and support all levels of management to build high performing, diverse and inclusive teams in alignment with our Credo to impact engagement, development, and retention of talent

  • Utilize data to derive insights on talent trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs

  • Collaborate with the HRBP team and HR centers of excellence to build and implement programs and initiatives across client groups

  • Partner with the business to ensure the organization is optimally set up to deliver on business strategy to position the team for the future

  • Support and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent, including robust succession pipelines, critical talent planning and capability building (e.g., digital) deeper in the organization

  • Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies guided by Our Credo/Our Voice survey insights, employee sentiment, attrition and exit survey insights, and retention modeling, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required

  • This position will be located in Santa Clara, CA and may require up to 10% travel.

  • 4 years’ professional experience required; minimum of 2 years of HR or HR-related experience

  • Experience managing, planning and implementing projects in support of business initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis

  • Strong business acumen, ability to understand business objectives and translate to HR priorities

  • Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build, coach, and influence relationships with HR teammates, leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change

  • Proven ability to work within a dynamic fast paced environment while juggling multiple priorities, and comfortable diving into details to get things done with an execution focused mindset

  • Bias for action, is resourceful and can think outside the box

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fluid environment and acts with an agile mindset

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating complex change management work-streams

  • Ability to understand and integrate business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business

  • Experience supporting a manufacturing team in a regulated environment is an asset

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $105,000- $166,635. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
