About the role
Carrier Global SIOP has a role open for an Order Management & Fulfillment Manager to drive customer on-time-delivery for the Commercial HVAC business in Mexico. Partnering closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Services, the manager will play a critical role in driving customer delivery assurance and delivering world class customer satisfaction across all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations to align, forecast and convert revenue targets.
Drive customer on-time-delivery metric, aligned with customer expectations.
Align manufacturing dates with operations, driven by revenue and customer commitment.
Partner with customer service to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution with Operations.
Follow-up materials readiness with supply chain, aligning actions to mitigate risks.
Follow-up invoicing trigger and execution.
Manage inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing holding costs.
Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth customer services, operations, and supply chain integration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
Advanced English: Strong command of both written and spoken English in a professional setting.
Experience: 5+ years in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact effectively with different teams and levels within the organization.
Other qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
MBA: Master of Business Administration.
