*About the role *

As an Import-Export Analyst you will be tasked to make an inventory monitoring of customs agent checking critical materials for importing and guaranteeing equipment availability for exporting materials and products. Additionally, this role will oversee the delivery of imported materials and exported products to ensure they get to their destination.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct supply transit from the plant to destinations.

  • Comply and enforce compliance with the Safe Chain and Export Controls requirements of CTPAT and AEO.

  • Coordinate meetings with departments such as Production, Purchasing, Internal Sales, Engineering to follow up.

  • Ensure proper customer service in terms of deliveries, expediting and submitting reports.

  • Ensure that the importation of raw materials, indirect and/or machinery needed to ensure production continuity is performed and documented.

  • Management and control of custom broker, transportation providers, 3PL.

  • Import and Export processes according with ITC, ethics, and EH&S rules.

Requirements

  • BA in Administration, International Relations, Commerce, or related

  • A minimum of 2-4 years prior relevant experience in logistics and Supply Chain

  • Knowledge of SAP, Kanban or JIT system and CTPAT certifications

  • Advanced English (required)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have

  • Availability to travel internationally

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems.
